1. HOW DO I GET AN EASYFIT MEMBERSHIP?

- It’s easy to make the membership agreement at our website. Next, get your Wellness key at the customer service desk of your EasyFit centre. You can use the key right away. Have a nice training session! The terms and conditions of the agreement are explained at the website. Minimum age: 15 yrs

Can I sign the agreement in the EasyFit centre?
Yes, you can sign the agreement in an EasyFit centre during the open hours of the customer service desk. You will get your Wellness key right away. The agreement is signed electronically at the EasyFit website. You will need to have your own online banking details and codes with you.

2. DOES EASYFIT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

- There will be staff at EasyFit centres generally on weekdays, during a brief on-duty period. These on-duty periods vary from one centre to another. Check them at the website of each centre. EasyFit centres do not provide customer service on phone but, instead, all contacts take place via e-mail or in person when the customer service desk is staffed.

3. HOW DO I GET TO EXERCISE ONCE I HAVE SIGNED THE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT?

- Come to your EasyFit centre when the customer service desk is staffed and you will get your Wellness key which gives you access to the centre also when our staff is not there.

4. HOW DO I GET A PERSONAL EXERCISE PLAN?

- Book a free-of-charge training consultation with a personal trainer.

5. TRAINING GIVES YOU A CO-OP S-BONUS?

How does EasyFit membership give me a Co-op S-bonus?
- You will get a Co-op S-bonus on your start-up fee and your monthly membership fee which covers all the fitness and exercise services at your EasyFit centre.

What do I have to do to get a Co-op S-bonus?
- You have to sign a membership agreement at EasyFit’s online shore and to pay your start-up fee and membership fee. You need to pay your membership fees on time, by the due date, in order to get a bonus. When you fill in the membership application form online, you need to register the code on your Co-op S-card via the log-in service for Co-op members. Your Co-op membership will be confirmed by a message to your e-mail address.

When will the S-bonus be registered?
- Payments by the 20th of each month will, as a rule, be registered as bonus-purchases of that month, any payments later will be registered the following month.

Do I get a bonus if I pay with Smartum voucher or Smartum Saldo mobile payment?
- Your employer has paid your Smartum voucher or Smartum Saldo and, consequently, the bonus cannot be paid to you.

If I already am an EasyFit member and also a Co-op member, how to register my Co-op membership so that I will accrue a Co-op S-bonus on EasyFit membership fees?
- Log in to your Customer Account and identify yourself as a Co-op member using your bank codes and start getting a bonus when you pay your monthly membership fees to EasyFit.

Customer data and data protection
As an EasyFit customer and in accordance with the terms and conditions of your agreement with your EasyFit centre, you accept that your personal data will be handled to the extent required by the cooperation and give your consent to EasyFit to forward your personal data to SOK Co-op in order to check your membership/client number and to enter your EasyFit fees in the S-Group membership and customer register, to be added to the sum by which you earn bonus at SOK.  Similarly, you authorise SOK to forward to EasyFit any changes in your membership/customer number and information about you no longing belonging to the membership household and thus losing your right to earn bonus on EasyFit fees. You will be held responsible for the accuracy of the data you surrender. EasyFit will not be obliged to refund later any bonus missed due to faulty or defective data.

6. DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP / TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

- Your membership is valid until further notice. EasyFit customers have a 30-day notice period.You must pay any service fees due during the notice period, whereafter you shall have the right to use the centres until the end of the period for which you have paid. You can terminate your membership via our EasyFit.fi webpage’s Customer Account.

7. WHAT KIND OF GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES DOES EASYFIT HAVE?

- You will find the group exercise schedule at our website. We offer a wide range of classes. Both virtual classes and classes led by our professional instructors. In virtual classes, the instructor is not present in person but, instead, the instructions are shown on a big screen.

8. MEMBERSHIP PRICES

- The monthly membership price at an EasyFit centre is only 29.90 €. It includes all the services of the centre. If you wish to have access to all the EasyFit centres in Finland, your monthly membership fee will be 39.90 €. A comprehensive membership of the EasyFit centres entitled you to use all the EasyFit centres in Finland. You are, however, primarily expected to use your own EasyFit centre (where you pay your membership fee). If you tend to use some other EasyFit centre more than your own, you must transfer your membership to that centre. You will also have to pay a start-up fee which will be valid as long as your membership contract. We accept payment by training vouchers, too (with some differences between the centres) but they cannot be used for the start-up fee or the membership fee of the first month.
