Summer Workouts in the Garden

During summer, we also work out outdoors at EasyFit Nokia, surrounded by a beautiful manor landscape. You can join our outdoor Pilates and more intense circuit training classes, held in the garden for a single fee. Plus, there's an outdoor training rack in the yard for functional exercises.
Functional training area

For your own free workouts, our gym has a compact turf mat area that's perfect for warming up, mobility work, bodyweight exercises, and your own functional training sessions. Plus, you'll find a top-notch powerlifting area with three weightlifting platforms.
A versatile gym

In our gym, you'll find a great variety of cardio and strength training equipment, a spacious free-weight area, and a peaceful stretching zone. You'll get to use high-quality, easy-to-use Technogym equipment for an effective workout.
Group Exercise

Our extensive live group exercise schedule includes classes for muscle strength, cardio, and body maintenance. We have classes for all levels, from beginners to pros, so you're sure to find something you love. With a Plus or Premium membership, you can easily book classes using the EasyFit app.

Our 1500 m² gym in Lahti-Laune has everything you need: cardio machines for endurance, weight stack and lever machines for strength training, a spacious free-weight area for your own pace, and a stretching zone for recovery. We use high-quality, modern Technogym equipment. The gym is open 24/7, so you can work out whenever it suits you, without the crowds.

Functional Training

Dumbbells, kettlebells, a sled, a multi-functional rack, a punching bag, SkiErg, treadmill, and a rowing machine. Our functional area is also perfect for your own HYROX training.
Group Workouts

In our group workouts, you'll train with a coach in a small group, getting lots of support, technique tips, and an extra boost for your session. Our weekly program is super varied, including strength, kettlebell, functional training, circuit workouts, and body care!
Sauna

The sauna is the perfect way to finish your workout, giving you a moment to yourself amidst your busy day. In the warm steam, your body will relax, your mind will calm down, and you'll recover better from your training!
Functional training area

Our functional training area lets you work out in lots of different ways! You'll find multiple squat and pull-up stations, space for bodyweight exercises, and a wide range of gear for strength, bodyweight, and HYROX workouts. Plus, two sleds are ready for an intense session on our 20-meter turf track. This whole space is designed for super effective functional training.
