This training especially strengthens deep core muscles, improves flexibility, and develops body control through controlled movements. Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, as the intensity of the workout can be adjusted individually.
SpinningWe offer a variety of spinning classes for all levels, so you can pick what suits you best. You can enjoy spinning with a live instructor or as a virtual class.
Virtual StudioIn the virtual studio, you can work out whenever it suits you. You have access to a wide range of virtual guided classes, from heart-pumping cardio workouts to strength training, body maintenance, and popular indoor cycling classes. The equipment in the virtual studio is easy to use, so you can effortlessly start your workout even on your first visit.
ParkingThe center does not have its own dedicated customer parking lot.
