HyroxPremium
HYROX is a versatile workout that combines running, rowing, and functional strength exercises into an effective total workout. In these 60-minute guided sessions, you can challenge yourself at your own level in a supportive atmosphere.
Spinning
Spinning combines an intense workout, great music, and a supportive atmosphere. It’s easy to join in at your own level, and with both live-instructed and virtual spinning classes available, you’re sure to find the right option for you.
Virtual StudioThe virtual studio makes it easy to incorporate group exercise into your daily routine. With a wide variety of classes to choose from, you’ll find workouts for all your fitness goals, and you can exercise whenever it suits you best—at your own pace.
Infrared sauna
The infrared sauna, located next to the women’s locker room, offers women a chance to relax and recover after their workout. The gentle heat adds a touch of everyday luxury to your workout.
