A versatile gym

In our gym, you'll find a wide range of cardio machines for aerobic training, weight stack and lever arm equipment, plus a spacious free weight area. Our gym is equipped with high-quality and easy-to-use Technogym fitness machines.

Cardio

In the cardio area, you'll find things like treadmills and exercise bikes, perfect for warming up or for serious endurance training.

Functional training area

In our functional training zone, you can do all sorts of full-body workouts that really challenge your muscles, balance, and body control. We've got a wide range of equipment to keep your workouts fresh, letting you combine cardio and functional training for a super effective session.

Group Workouts

In our group workouts, you'll train with a coach alongside a small group. These sessions combine the best of both group exercise and personal training. This service is included with your PLUS membership.

Virtual Studio

Virtual classes make group workouts fit right into your schedule. Whenever the group exercise room is free, you can easily start a class and get your workout in whenever it suits you best. We have a huge variety of classes, so there's definitely something for everyone! Starting a class is super easy: just tap the class you want on the screen and get ready to sweat.

Roomy Changing Rooms

In our changing rooms, you'll find lockers with electronic locks to keep your stuff safe while you work out. You can lock them up using your own key card or grab a loan key from the changing rooms.

Sauna

A sauna is the perfect way to cap off a workout and offers a moment of personal time in the midst of everyday life. In the warm steam, your body relaxes, your mind calms down, and your body recovers better from the workout.

Note: You must turn on the sauna yourself using the control panel located in the corner of the changing room.

The gym is all yours from early morning until late at night.

Our gym is open for you every day from 4 AM to midnight, so you can always fit your workout into your schedule. You'll get to use top-notch, easy-to-use Technogym equipment, a huge range of cardio machines, and a spacious free-weight area for some really effective training.

Group Workouts

In our group workouts, you'll train with a coach in a small group, getting lots of support, technique tips, and an extra boost for your session. Our weekly program is super varied, including strength, kettlebell, functional training, circuit workouts, and body care!

Sauna

The sauna is the perfect way to finish your workout, giving you a moment to yourself amidst your busy day. In the warm steam, your body will relax, your mind will calm down, and you'll recover better from your training!
