A well-equipped gym
Our gym features a comprehensive selection of cardio equipment for aerobic workouts, weight machines and lever-arm machines, as well as a spacious free-weight area. We use high-quality, user-friendly Technogym equipment.
Cardio
In the cardio area, you'll find treadmills and exercise bikes, among other equipment, that are suitable for both warm-ups and targeted endurance training.
Operational area
In our functional training area, you can do a variety of full-body workouts that challenge your muscle strength, balance, and body control. Our wide range of equipment adds variety to your workouts and allows you to combine aerobic and functional training into an effective routine.
Group workouts
In group training sessions, you’ll work out under the guidance of a trainer alongside a small group. Group training sessions combine the best of group exercise and personal training. This service is included with a PLUS membership. View the schedule
Virtual StudioVirtual classes let you fit group exercise into your schedule with ease. When a group exercise studio is available, you can easily start a class and work out whenever it suits you. There’s a wide variety of classes, so there’s something for everyone! Starting a class is easy: just click on the class you want on the screen and start working out.
Spacious storage compartmentsIn the locker room, you'll find lockers with electronic locks to keep your belongings safe while you work out. You can lock your locker using your own key card or a loaner key available at the front desk.
Sauna
A sauna is the perfect way to cap off your workout and offers a moment of me-time in the midst of your busy day. In the warm steam, your body relaxes, your mind calms down, and your body recovers better from your workout!

The gym is open from early morning until late at night
Our gym is open every day from 4 a.m. to midnight, so you can fit your workout into your daily routine on your own schedule. You’ll have access to high-quality, user-friendly Technogym equipment, a wide range of cardio machines, and a spacious free-weight area for effective training.
Group workouts
In group classes, you’ll work out in a small group under the guidance of a trainer, giving you support, technique tips, and an extra boost to keep you going. The weekly schedule offers a wide variety of strength training, kettlebell workouts, functional training, circuit training, and body maintenance!
Sauna
