EasyFit’s trainers will help you find motivation, improve your fitness, and achieve your personal goals—whether you’re just starting out or an experienced exerciser.

Your trainer will design a workout program tailored to your needs and help you progress step by step. During your training sessions, you’ll also learn how to use the equipment properly and perform exercises safely and effectively.

Coaches

Free Personal Training Consultation

During a free personal training consultation, you’ll have the chance to talk with a trainer about your goals, your current situation, and any pain or injuries that might affect your training. You’ll also receive recommendations on how we can help you move toward your goals.

The consultation lasts about 45 minutes and takes place in a relaxed, conversational atmosphere, so feel free to come as you are.
