Our EasyFit coaches are here to help you find your motivation, get fitter, and reach your goals – no matter if you're just starting or you're already a seasoned gym-goer.

Your coach will create a workout plan just for you and help you make progress, one step at a time. During your coaching sessions, you'll also learn how to use the equipment properly and do exercises safely and effectively.

Free PT Chat

During your free PT consultation, you'll get to chat with a coach about your goals, where you're at right now, and any aches, pains, or injuries that might affect your workouts. Plus, you'll get some tips on how we can help you smash those goals!

The consultation takes about 45 minutes and it's super relaxed, just a chat! So feel free to come as you are in your everyday clothes.

Need a little help getting started? Not sure what to do at the gym? With EasyStart, you'll get personal guidance and learn how to work out confidently on your own.
