MEMBERSHIP
You can easily sign up on our website. Choose the membership plan that’s right for you, pay for your first month, and start working out with the app right away. If you need help purchasing a membership, our customer service team is here to assist you (during business hours).
Yes, you can. Purchase a 7-day trial directly from our website (€10), and take your time exploring our facilities and services. You can also visit the gym for a one-time visit during our customer service hours.
Anyone who is at least 15 years old can become an EasyFit member. Those under 18 need parental consent.
You can easily cancel your membership through your customer account. EasyFit has a one-month notice period for membership cancellations.
Yes. You can put your membership on hold for health reasons with a doctor's note or a certificate from a healthcare provider. You won't have to pay monthly fees while your membership is on hold.
ACCESS KEY
You can access the gym using the app, but you can also pick up a separate key card from customer service if you prefer.
You can use the app or your access key to enter the gym during the local facility’s hours of operation, from early morning until late at night. The key is also used to lock your locker.
Please report the loss to a staff member as soon as possible. You can obtain a replacement key from Customer Service. We will charge a fee for a lost key in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Yes, if your membership ends. You do not need to return the key during the suspension period.
COACHING / PERSONAL TRAINING
In one-on-one coaching, you receive completely personalized guidance. In small-group coaching, you train in a small group focused on a common theme.
All members receive a free personal training consultation. Other coaching services are subject to an additional fee.
Yes, you can. Our coaching services are also available to non-members. Your coach will grant you access to the gym as agreed.
Yes. All EasyFit personal trainers have the necessary training and expertise to provide safe coaching.
External personal trainers may not work at EasyFit’s facilities without a partnership agreement.
PAYMENT
A paper invoice is usually sent if e-billing has not yet been activated. You can find instructions on how to activate it in the welcome letter you received after your purchase. A €5 billing fee applies to paper invoices.
You can pay your monthly fees via e-invoice, credit card, MobilePay, or fitness benefits, for example.
If you did not receive an automatic e-invoice authorization in your online banking after your purchase, please do the following: Sign up for e-invoices through your online banking by selecting your EasyFit center as the biller.
Yes. Smartum, ePassi, and Edenred are accepted at EasyFit.
OTHERS
Gyms are cleaned several times a week.
Yes. All centers have changing rooms and lockers.
All centers have showers. Some also have a traditional sauna or an infrared sauna.
EasyFit centers are open up to 24/7, depending on the location.
Yes. Staff are on site during the customer service hours listed by the venue.
Yes, at some centers. We offer both live-instructed and virtual group exercise classes. Under the "Group Exercise" heading, you'll find an up-to-date group exercise calendar.
Yes. Reservations can be made in the EasyFit app or on the website via the group exercise calendar.
