You can easily join on our website. Just pick the membership that's right for you, pay for the first month, and you can start working out with the app right away! If you need a hand with buying your membership, our customer service team is here to help (during their opening hours).
Yes, you can! Grab a 7-day trial directly from our website (10 €), and you can explore our facilities and services at your own pace. You can also pop in for a one-time visit during customer service opening hours.
You can become an EasyFit member once you're 15 years old. If you're under 18, you'll need a guardian's consent.
You can easily cancel your membership through your customer account. EasyFit has a one-month notice period for cancellations.
You may cancel your membership purchase using the form within 14 days of entering into the agreement. After purchasing a membership, you have the right to use the service immediately, and you may be charged a reasonable fee, not exceeding half the price of your contract, even if you have not used the gym services prior to cancellation.
Yes! You can pause your membership for health reasons with a doctor's or healthcare professional's certificate. You won't pay monthly fees while your membership is paused.
ACCESS KEY
You can get into the gym using the app, but if you prefer, you can also grab a separate access key from our customer service.
You can use either the app or your access key to get into the gym during your local gym's opening hours, from early morning until late at night. You'll also use the key to lock your locker.
If your key goes missing, let our staff know as soon as you can. You can pick up a new one from customer service. Just so you know, we do charge a fee for lost keys, as per our agreement terms.
Yep, you do if your membership ends. But if you're just taking a break, no need to return it.
COACHING / PERSONAL TRAINING
With individual coaching, you get totally personalized guidance. Small group coaching means you'll train with a few others, all focusing on a shared theme.
All members get a free personal trainer consultation. Any other coaching services will cost a bit extra.
Absolutely! Our coaching services are available even if you're not an EasyFit member. Your coach will arrange to let you into the gym.
Yep! All EasyFit personal trainers have the right training and expertise to make sure your coaching is safe and effective.
Outside personal trainers can't work in EasyFit gyms unless they have a partnership agreement with us.
PAYMENT
You usually get a paper bill if your e-invoice hasn't been activated yet. You'll find instructions on how to activate it in the Welcome letter you got after signing up. Just a heads-up, there's a €5 billing fee for paper invoices.
You can pay your monthly fees using options like e-invoicing, a payment card, MobilePay, or even with exercise benefits.
If you didn't get an automatic e-invoice authorization in your online bank right after your purchase, here's what to do: just order an e-invoice through your online bank and choose your specific EasyFit center as the biller.
Yes. EasyFit accepts Smartum, ePassi, and Edenred.

Yes. All centers have changing rooms and lockable lockers.
All centers have showers. Some also have a traditional sauna or an infrared sauna.

Yes, at some centers. Both live-led and virtual group fitness classes are available. You can find the up-to-date group fitness schedule under the 'Group Fitness' section.
