Our customer service point is on the entrance floor, right by the hotel's main entrance. You'll find the EasyFit center on the -2nd floor of the Scandic Pasila hotel, accessible from behind the hotel lobby.

A versatile gym

Our gym has awesome facilities for all kinds of workouts, no matter your fitness level. You'll find cardio machines for getting your heart rate up, stack weight machines to build muscle, and lever machines for your strength training. We also have a stretching area to help you recover and keep your body feeling good. Everything's set up so you can train effectively, try different things, and go at your own speed.

Cardio

In the cardio area, you'll find things like treadmills and exercise bikes, perfect for warming up or for serious endurance training.

Functional training area

Our functional training area lets you do all kinds of workouts! You'll find a deadlift platform, a squat rack, and tons of equipment for strength, bodyweight, and HIIT sessions. It's designed for you to train effectively and freely.

Roomy Changing Rooms

Our changing rooms are spacious and super practical, designed to make your gym visit easy-peasy. We keep them clean and comfy so you can totally focus on your workout and chilling out afterwards.

Sauna

Head to the sauna to relax after your workout or just unwind from your busy day. It's a peaceful spot for your body and mind, and it's all part of the great facilities we offer.

Virtual Studio

Our virtual studio lets you do guided workouts whenever you feel like it! We've got a huge variety of virtual classes, from Pilates and spinning to super quick and effective workouts for every level. Just pick what you're in the mood for or what fits your goals, and get top-notch instruction right from the screen – no need to worry about schedules!

There are paid parking areas in front of the hotel and in the parking garage.
