A well-equipped gym

The gym offers a versatile setting for workouts at all levels. You’ll have access to cardio equipment for endurance training, weight machines for building muscle, and lever-arm machines for strength training. In addition, the gym features a stretching area for body maintenance and recovery. The facility is designed so that you can train effectively, in a variety of ways, and at your own pace.

Spacious storage compartments

The locker rooms are spacious and practical, designed to make your visit to the gym as smooth as possible. We keep the locker rooms clean and comfortable so you can focus on your workout and recovery in peace.

Operational area

In the functional training area, you can enjoy a wide variety of workouts: you’ll have access to a pull-up bar, a squat rack, and a wide selection of equipment for strength training, bodyweight exercises, and HIIT workouts. The space is designed for efficient and unrestricted training.

Cardio

In the cardio area, you'll find treadmills and exercise bikes, among other equipment, that are suitable for both warm-ups and targeted endurance training.

Virtual and Online Classes

In the virtual studio, you can work out with a trainer whenever it suits you. We offer a wide variety of virtual classes, including Pilates, spinning, and fast-paced, high-intensity workouts for all fitness levels. You can choose based on your mood and goals and get high-quality instruction on your screen—without being tied to a schedule.

Sauna

The sauna is the perfect place to relax after a workout or simply unwind in the midst of your daily routine. It offers a moment of peace for both body and mind, and is available to you as part of our comprehensive facility. 

Spinning

We offer a wide range of spinning classes at various levels, so you can choose the ones that suit you best. You can enjoy spinning both in live classes and as virtual classes.
