Virtual StudioIn our virtual studio, you can work out whenever it suits you best! We've got a huge range of virtual classes, from heart-pumping cardio and strength training to body maintenance and popular indoor cycling sessions.
The virtual studio equipment is super easy to use, so you'll have no trouble getting started, even if it's your very first time.
Roomy Changing RoomsOur roomy changing rooms have lockers with electronic locks to keep your stuff safe while you work out. No need to bring your own lock! Plus, our clean shower facilities are perfect for freshening up, and the comfy atmosphere makes your whole visit enjoyable.

Kyllä, EasyFit Nihtisillassa on laaja live-ryhmäliikunnan valikoima cardio-, lihaskunto- ja kehonhuoltotunneista, ja tunnit kestävät 30-75 minuuttia. Virtuaalistudiossa voit lisäksi treenata esimerkiksi sisäpyöräilyä omaan aikaan. Ryhmäliikunnan aikataulu ja varaukset tehdään ryhmäliikuntakalenterista.
SkillBox on EasyFit Nihtisillan treenikonsepti, joka yhdistää tehokkaan harjoittelun, ryhmäliikunnan fiiliksen ja modernin teknologian omassa SkillBox-studiossa. Yksi treeni kestää puolesta tunnista noin 45 minuuttiin.
