A versatile gym

Awesome training options in Ruoholahti, Helsinki! Our gym has a wide range of cardio machines for your aerobic workouts, plus weight stack and lever arm machines, and even a stair climber, hack squat, and hip thrust machine. Plus, our gym has a spacious free weight area and a chill stretching zone. You'll also find high-quality, easy-to-use Technogym equipment throughout our gym.

In the cardio area, you'll find things like treadmills and exercise bikes, perfect for warming up or for serious endurance training.

Functional training area

Our functional area has several squat racks and a huge selection of weight plates, kettlebells, and dumbbells for both strength and functional training. You'll also find a treadmill, sled, SkiErg, rowing machine, and a punching bag in this area. It's perfect for bodyweight workouts and all sorts of exercises using different equipment.

Roomy Changing Rooms

Working out is super easy and worry-free here! You get electronic lockers, so no need for your own lock. Plus, our clean showers and comfy environment make every gym visit a really pleasant experience.

HYROX is a super versatile and effective workout that mixes running, rowing, and functional strength moves into one challenging full-body session. It builds endurance, strength, athleticism, and mental toughness without any super tricky moves, so it's great for everyone, no matter your fitness level.

Our guided classes are 60 minutes long, and all you need to bring are your workout clothes, indoor shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. We offer five different HYROX classes, with focuses ranging from endurance training to a full-on competition vibe.

Our virtual studio lets you work out whenever it suits you best. With a huge range of classes, you'll find everything from strength training to spinning. Something for everyone, super easy and flexible.

Chill out and wrap up your workout with a relaxing sauna session. The sauna is open daily from 6–10 AM and 6–10 PM.
