The clean shower facilities help you recover, and the cozy atmosphere makes your visit enjoyable from start to finish.
SpinningWe offer a wide range of spinning classes at various levels, so you can choose the ones that suit you best. You can enjoy spinning both in live classes and as virtual classes.
Virtual StudioIn the virtual studio, you can follow guided workouts whenever it suits you. Select a class from the screen and dive into your workout. The selection includes strength training, stretching, yoga, and spinning.
Our gym features a comprehensive selection of cardio equipment for aerobic workouts, weight machines and lever-arm machines, as well as a free-weight area. We use high-quality, modern, and user-friendly Technogym equipment.
