At our gym, you’ll find a comprehensive selection of high-quality Technogym cardio, weight training, and lever-arm machines, as well as plenty of space for training with free weights.
Cardio
In the cardio area, you'll find treadmills and exercise bikes, among other equipment, that are suitable for both warm-ups and targeted endurance training.
Operational area
The functional training areas feature fewer machines and more open space. Using small equipment and your own body weight, you can perform a variety of full-body exercises that challenge your muscle strength, balance, and body control.
Spacious storage compartments
Our spacious locker rooms feature lockers to keep your belongings safe while you work out. Clean shower facilities and an electric sauna help you recover. The comfortable atmosphere makes your visit enjoyable from start to finish.
HyroxPremium
HYROX is a versatile guided workout without technically challenging movements. The session combines heart-pumping cardio exercises with functional strength exercises familiar to many gym-goers, which everyone performs at their own pace. We offer guided 60-minute workouts every week—come join us!
Virtual Studio
Looking for a change from your usual gym routine? Would it be nice if someone told you what to do? In our virtual studios, you can work out whenever it suits you. The equipment is easy to use, and the wide selection of classes includes everything from yoga and stretching to dance and strength training—choose your favorite or try something new!
Sauna
The sauna is a favorite at our center—it’s the perfect way to cap off your workout! There is an electric sauna in both the women’s and men’s shower areas.
