I'm Belkys, an EREPS-certified Personal Trainer, Nordic Fitness Nutrition Coach (specializing in postnatal exercise and women's health), and a licensed Zumba® instructor. My passion for exercise and nutrition started when I was just 15, and it's grown into a career focused on helping women get stronger, lose weight, and find confidence without extreme measures or crash diets.
