I am a physical therapist and offer physical therapy, exercise training, personal training, and small group classes at Easyfit. I also work at the center as a HYROX instructor on a weekly basis.
I have over 10 years of experience with gym training. As a child, I was fairly inactive and in poor physical condition, until I discovered the gym and the joy of exercise in middle school. Working out quickly became an important part of my daily life.
Over the years, I’ve learned to train smartly and with a clear goal in mind, improved my diet, and focused on recovery. My biggest passion in recent years has been grappling, which I’ve been practicing regularly for a couple of years and in which I also compete.
Thanks to my diverse background in various sports, I take a holistic approach to coaching that encompasses all aspects of well-being, such as overall training load, recovery, and nutrition. As a coach, I want to help you find the right way for you to move and feel better. A person is a whole, and everyday life should also support well-being.
I believe in a positive and encouraging approach, and that lasting change comes with time. I don’t advocate anything I can’t justify, and I’m constantly developing my skills through further training.
