I'm a physiotherapist, and here at EasyFit, I offer physiotherapy, physical coaching, personal training, and small group classes. I also lead HYROX classes here every week.
I've got over 10 years of experience with gym workouts. When I was a kid, I was pretty inactive and not in great shape, but then in middle school, I discovered the gym and the joy of moving my body. Working out quickly became a super important part of my daily routine.
Over the years, I've learned to train smart and with goals in mind, improved my nutrition, and really focused on recovery. My biggest passion lately has been submission grappling, which I've been doing regularly for a couple of years and even compete in!
Because of my varied sports background, I take a holistic approach to coaching, looking at all aspects of your well-being like overall stress, recovery, and nutrition. As a coach, I really want to help you find the perfect way to move your body and feel your best. Remember, you're a whole person, and your everyday life should definitely support your well-being too.
I really believe in a positive and encouraging approach, and that lasting changes happen over time. I won't tell you to do anything I can't explain why, and I'm always learning and improving my skills through continuous education.
