Low-threshold small-group training for anyone interested in HYROX and versatile functional training. This group is designed specifically for beginners and those new to the sport—no prior experience is required.
In a small group, we’ll move at a calm and safe pace. You’ll learn the basics and techniques of HYROX movements step by step and gain confidence in your own training. The training is tailored to your individual needs, and you’ll receive support from your coach based on your current fitness level and goals. The goal is for you to build a strong foundation in the small group that will serve you well moving forward—whether your goal is to improve your fitness, take up a new hobby, or eventually compete.
Training Content:
•4 guided training sessions on Tuesdays starting August 18, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
• The workouts focus on the key components of HYROX: running, strength, endurance, and technique
• Movements are taught step by step, safely and clearly
• Each workout takes individual skill levels into account and offers alternatives
• You'll also get tips and tools for independent practice
