I want to offer you a more intense workout! Despite my tough exterior, my approach is always warm and understanding, and I believe that everyone’s journey toward their goals is unique. Over the past few years, I’ve made a major lifestyle change, shedding a significant amount of fat and building muscle. Gym workouts and regular home-cooked meals have been central to my lifestyle transformation. During the process, changes happened one step at a time, making it easier for me to get used to them and incorporate them into my life. I’ve always wanted to help others, and since I felt I could share this experience with others, I decided to train to become a personal trainer.
I live in Seinäjoki with my wife and two rescue cats. My hobbies include working out at the gym, music, and making videos. My goal with gym workouts is bodybuilding. I also go for walks in nature. Exercise in general is a way for me to process things and my thoughts. When it comes to movies and books, my favorites are horror and sci-fi, such as Lovecraft’s works and the movie Inception. I listen to a wide variety of music, can play many instruments, and compose songs that I keep in a drawer.
I have worked as a salesperson and in other customer service roles for over 10 years, during which time I have learned how to interact with all kinds of people. Although I am still early in my career as a personal trainer, I have already helped my clients achieve their goals and make lifestyle changes. I hope I get the chance to help you, too!
