I'm a physiotherapist, personal trainer, certified masseur, and a dad from Seinäjoki. Movement, exercise, and well-being are my passion, not just my job. I'm also a nerd, and proud of it! When I get excited about something, it becomes a big part of my life. Besides health, my interests include pop culture, philosophy, and IT.
My biggest strength is definitely my enthusiasm for things and people, because I believe excitement is contagious.
My sports background used to be in endurance running, but in recent years, strength training has really taken over. Thanks to my physiotherapy background, I'm also well-versed in mobility and maintenance exercises. I'm not a competitive athlete anymore, but working on performance is an ongoing project for me, and I love developing different physical qualities. I believe that people have hidden superpowers that can be unleashed with the right stimulus.
I think health knowledge isn't some secret science only for coaches; it should be available to everyone. So, during our sessions, I'll openly share my knowledge, and over time, you'll learn how to train yourself and take care of your own well-being. You only get results from exercise and diet if you're consistent, which is why I emphasize clear goals and managing your daily routine in my coaching. My past clients have included active working adults, veterans, and people with mobility limitations, so I have a wide range of coaching experience.
As a coach, I'm an eternal optimist and believe in an encouraging coaching style. Healthy habits are always important, and you can develop them regardless of your age, fitness level, or physical ability, as long as you find the right tools.
