I’m a physical therapist, personal trainer, certified massage therapist, and father from Seinäjoki. Movement, exercise, and wellness are not just my job—they’re my passion. I’m also a nerd, and proud of it. When I get excited about a topic, it becomes a big part of my life. In addition to health, my interests include popular culture, philosophy, and information technology.
My greatest strength is precisely my enthusiasm for things and people, because I believe enthusiasm is contagious.

My athletic background is in long-distance running, but in recent years, strength training has taken over. As a physical therapist, I’m also well-versed in mobility and maintenance exercises.  I no longer consider myself a competitive athlete, but training for performance is a lifelong project for me, and I enjoy developing different physical attributes. I believe that people have hidden superpowers that can be brought out with the right stimulus. 

In my opinion, health knowledge isn’t some secret science reserved for trainers—it’s information that belongs to everyone. So, during coaching sessions, I openly share my knowledge, and over time, you’ll learn how to structure your own workouts and take care of your own well-being. You’ll only see results from exercise and diet if you’re consistent, which is why I also prioritize clear goals and managing your daily routine in my coaching. My client base has previously included, among others, working-age active individuals, veterans, and people with physical limitations, so I have a wide range of coaching experience. 

As a coach, I’m an eternal optimist and believe in an encouraging coaching style. A healthy lifestyle is always important, and you can work on it regardless of your age, fitness level, or physical abilities—as long as you find the right tools.
