You can cancel your gym membership using this form within 14 days of signing the contract. After purchasing your membership, you have the right to use the service immediately, and you may be charged a reasonable fee—up to half the price of your contract—even if you have not used the gym services prior to cancellation. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email.

NOTE! Normal termination of the customer account takes place through your customer account . This form is only for canceling an online purchase within 14 days of making the purchase.

Please note: Once you have purchased a membership, you are entitled to use the service immediately. Even if you have not used the gym services prior to cancellation, you may be charged a reasonable fee for the time during which the service was used, up to a maximum of half the total price of your contract.

Example: If the total price of the contract is €66.80 (sign-up fee of €29.90 + the first month of Basic membership at €36.90/month), the reasonable refund is no more than €33.40 if the membership is canceled within 14 days. The exact amount of the refund depends on the price of your contract.
