My name is Sonja, and I’m a prenatal exercise instructor and midwife. As part of my training as a prenatal exercise instructor, I’ve also completed basic training in pelvic floor health and diastasis recti.

I work in the delivery room, so I have extensive experience and expertise in the various stages of pregnancy and childbirth. This expertise, combined with my training as a prenatal exercise instructor, enables me to take a holistic and safe approach to exercise during pregnancy and after childbirth. My coaching combines in-depth knowledge of the changes in a woman’s body during and after pregnancy with safe and effective exercise methods.

My services are open to all women, no matter what stage of life you’re in. Even if you haven’t given birth or it’s been years since your delivery, abdominal muscle separation and pelvic floor issues can significantly impact your well-being. Pelvic floor health is important for all women, and taking care of it isn’t limited to just the postpartum period.
