I am a passionate fitness instructor and trainer who has been working in the field since 2010. Since the beginning of 2017, I have focused on comprehensive one-on-one and small-group training. My coaching emphasizes understanding and managing overall training load. Whether your goal is to build muscle mass or just get started with exercise, progress happens when recovery is adequate and training is progressive. My coaching philosophy is based on scientific evidence.

The training experience of the people I coach ranges from complete beginners to active exercisers, goal-oriented fitness enthusiasts, and competitive athletes. I have also served as a physical trainer for junior floorball for several seasons.
