I have a total of 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, including about 8 years of coaching and training, such as gym workouts, weight loss, and group and one-on-one coaching. As a coach, I want to take a holistic approach to each client. A lifestyle change should fit into your daily routine and life, not add stress and pressure to it. Achieving your goal requires planning, systematic work, and milestones, but also guidance and flexibility when changes occur in your daily life, so that you stay on track toward your goal and, once you’ve achieved it, the lessons learned become a way of life.

My strengths in coaching and guidance include helping people get started with exercise, exercise that supports health and well-being, weight loss, body sculpting, toning, and nutrition. Everyone has their own unique goals, whether big or small. Sometimes, improving stamina and well-being requires only a small adjustment, while for others, the goal may be a major change! Either way, change always starts with that first step.
