Goal-oriented exercise has given my daily life a sense of purpose for about 15 years now. In training, having a clear goal provides a reason to exercise, improves commitment, and makes it easier to track progress. In addition to setting goals, I believe it’s important that exercise is fun. You’ll be surprised just how varied and fun working out at the gym can be!
As a coach, I am encouraging and value my clients’ commitment to their training. I am inspired by my clients’ achievements, insights, and experiences of success. I personally practice weightlifting and also compete in it. My background is in CrossFit and functional fitness. My passions include strength training, weightlifting, teaching various skills, versatile functional programming, hybrid programming (endurance + strength), and performance enhancement.
