A wide range of workout options in Ruoholahti, Helsinki! Our gym offers a comprehensive selection of cardio equipment for aerobic training, weight machines and lever-arm machines, as well as a stair climber, hack squat machine, and hip thrust machine, among others. In addition, our gym features a spacious free-weight area and a quiet stretching area. Our gym is equipped with high-quality, user-friendly Technogym fitness equipment.

Cardio

In the cardio area, you'll find treadmills and exercise bikes, among other equipment, that are suitable for both warm-ups and targeted endurance training.

Operational area

Our functional training area features several squat racks and a comprehensive selection of barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells for both strength and functional training. You’ll also find a treadmill, a sled, a SkiErg, a rowing machine, and a punching bag. Here, you can do bodyweight training as well as a variety of exercises using the equipment.

Spacious storage compartments

Working out is easy and hassle-free, as you have access to lockers with electronic locks—no need to bring your own. The clean shower facilities and comfortable environment make your visit to the gym a pleasant experience.

HyroxPremium

HYROX is a versatile and effective workout that combines running, rowing, and functional strength exercises into a challenging full-body routine. The sport builds endurance, strength, athleticism, and mental toughness without technically challenging movements, making it suitable for exercisers of all levels. Guided classes last 60 minutes, and all you need to bring is workout clothes, indoor shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. We offer five different HYROX classes, with the focus ranging from endurance to a competitive atmosphere.

Virtual Studio

At the virtual studio, you can work out whenever it suits you. Our wide selection of classes offers a variety of options, from strength training to spinning. There’s something for everyone—convenient and flexible.

Sauna

Relax and wrap up your workout with a rejuvenating sauna session. The sauna is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
