Equipment Pilates

Reformer Pilates is an effective yet gentle workout where movements are done on special Pilates machines using spring resistance. This training especially strengthens deep core muscles, improves flexibility, and develops body control through controlled movements. Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, as the intensity of the workout can be adjusted individually.

Group Exercise

Our wide range of classes includes a variety of heart-pumping cardio sessions, muscle-building workouts, and body maintenance and recovery classes. There are plenty of options for everyone, whether you're joining a class for the first time or you're a seasoned gym-goer. Class durations range from 30 to 75 minutes, so you can easily fit a workout into your day or even combine a few classes back-to-back.
