Functional training area

Our functional training area lets you work out in lots of different ways! You'll find multiple squat and pull-up stations, space for bodyweight exercises, and a wide range of gear for strength, bodyweight, and HYROX workouts. Plus, two sleds are ready for an intense session on our 20-meter turf track. This whole space is designed for super effective functional training.

SkillBox

SkillBox is a self-guided HIIT workout in the center's separate virtual space, featuring various class concepts, with individual workouts lasting from half an hour to about 45 minutes. Jump in and bravely test out a whole new virtual world where you can develop yourself in many different areas.
