Group workouts

In group classes, you’ll work out in a small group under the guidance of a trainer, giving you support, technique tips, and an extra boost to keep you going. The weekly schedule offers a wide variety of strength training, kettlebell workouts, functional training, circuit training, and body maintenance!

A sauna is the perfect way to cap off your workout and offers a moment of me-time in the midst of your busy day. In the warm steam, your body relaxes, your mind calms down, and your body recovers better from your workout!
