I am a certified fitness consultant and personal trainer. I have been coaching at EasyFit since 2020, and strength training has become my specialty. I am personally very interested in physical conditioning for a wide range of sports, and I have worked with many clients in this area. I can help you get started at the gym, but also with basic exercise.
