Sports and exercise have always been close to my heart. I've trained in team sports, various martial arts, and individual sports. My passion is strength training and functional training, which means training that improves movement and performance.

In 2016, after finishing my studies, I started my career as a personal trainer and specialized in building strength and functional training, which helps you train more effectively without pain or muscle stiffness.

With me, you'll find goal-oriented exercisers, like those looking to build strength, gymnastics enthusiasts, and people who want to get fit in a smart and effective way.

As your coach, I'm a happy person, which means I can motivate you even better towards your goals, and most importantly, make your workouts fun! I'm also pretty demanding, because if you just do things half-heartedly, you'll end up spending more time trying to get ahead, and your progress won't be as good.
