Sports and physical activity have always been close to my heart. I have experience training in both team sports and various martial arts and individual sports. My passion is strength training and functional training—that is, training designed to improve movement and performance.

In 2016, I began my career as a personal trainer after completing my studies, specializing in strength training and functional training, which helps you train more effectively without pain or muscle soreness.

I work with goal-oriented fitness enthusiasts in particular, including those looking to build strength, amateur gymnasts, and fitness enthusiasts who want to improve their fitness in a sensible and effective way.
