I'm a passionate fitness instructor and coach who's been in the field since 2010. Since the beginning of 2017, I've focused on comprehensive individual and small group coaching. My coaching emphasizes understanding and managing overall training load. Whether your goal is to build muscle or just start exercising, progress happens when you get enough recovery and your training is progressive. My coaching philosophy is based on scientific evidence.
My clients' training experience ranges from total beginners to active exercisers, those with specific fitness goals, and competitive hobbyists. I've also worked as a physical coach for junior floorball for several seasons.
