As a personal trainer, I'm really good at helping with lifestyle changes, getting you started with exercise, gym and fitness boxing coaching, plus weight loss and management. My long-term hobbies include hitting the gym, running, and fitness boxing. Exercise gives me energy, and it's a really important part of my life.
