The most important thing is holistic well-being and lasting lifestyle changes to achieve your goals. I always take the client’s individual needs and starting level into account when designing training programs to ensure that workouts are safe and effective. Not to mention that exercise should be a meaningful activity. My strengths as a personal trainer include lifestyle changes and getting started with exercise, gym and fitness boxing instruction, as well as weight loss and management. My own long-term hobbies include working out at the gym, running, and fitness boxing. Exercise gives me energy and is an important part of my life.
