A comprehensive understanding of the client’s mental and physical state is key to lasting change. If something is weighing on their mind, the workout won’t go well, let alone recovery. As a coach, I take these factors into account and tailor the workout intensity accordingly. I harness the client’s energy levels with my own enthusiasm. Instead of a gym workout, we might do a fitness boxing class together. The training experience of those I coach ranges from complete beginners to active exercisers, goal-oriented fitness enthusiasts, and competitive athletes. My passion for exercise took shape in the spring of 2024 when I started EasyFit Kalasatama as an entrepreneur, and now I get to share the joy of exercise with an ever-growing group of people.
