Understanding a client's mental and physical well-being is super important for making lasting changes. If something's on your mind, your workout won't be effective, and recovery will suffer too. As a coach, I keep all this in mind and adjust your training level accordingly. I use my own energy to really boost my clients' energy levels! Sometimes, instead of a regular gym workout, we might even do a fitness boxing session. My clients come from all walks of life – from total beginners to active exercisers, goal-setters, and even competitive hobbyists. My passion for exercise really came to life in spring 2024 when I became an entrepreneur at EasyFit Kalasatama, and now I get to share the joy of movement with even more people. I've been coaching since 2010.
