I have been working as a personal trainer since 2013. Every client is a unique individual to me, so I tailor my training to each person’s specific needs. In my view, the most important aspects of coaching are listening to the client and succeeding together. Strength training is close to my heart, and I believe that everyone benefits from it and, as a result, from a stronger body. I want to help each of my clients feel better in their own bodies.
