Hi! I’m Pasi, a personal trainer and an active athlete. Exercise is a way of life for me, and I have plenty of experience in various sports, from gym workouts to martial arts and basketball refereeing.
As a trainer, I’m positive and energetic. I’m demanding, but I also encourage and cheer on my clients right up to the last rep. 

To me, every client is unique, and together we set the goals we’ll work toward. I design programs and workouts for each client based on their starting level, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way until you reach your goals.
