If you're pregnant or have recently given birth, I'd love to help you train correctly and recover safely after childbirth. It's important to start practicing pelvic floor exercises and activating deep core muscles soon after giving birth. With progressive movement patterns, you'll train and recover safely and gradually after childbirth.
