If you’re pregnant or have recently given birth, I’d be happy to help you train correctly and recover safely from childbirth. It’s important to start practicing pelvic floor exercises and deep muscle activation soon after giving birth. With progressive exercise routines, you’ll train and recover safely and gradually after childbirth.
