I am a physical therapist (B.S.) and personal trainer for whom your overall well-being is of the utmost importance. My own active lifestyle led me to the fitness industry and physical therapy, as well-being and health mean a great deal to me. As a trainer, I approach you individually, listening to your wishes, and strive to help you achieve the goals we set together. As a physical therapist, I ensure that your training is health-promoting and safe. As a trainer, I am empathetic, have a good sense of humor, and am encouraging, and I put my heart into my work. At the gym, I help you find exercises and resistance levels that feel good and align with your goals. Exercise should always bring joy and support your health and well-being.

Exercise and spending time outdoors help me balance my busy schedule of studying and family life. In the past, I competed at the national team level in Shukokai karate, with my most notable achievements being bronze medals at the European Championships in both kata and kumite.
