I'm a physiotherapist (BSc) and a personal trainer, and your overall well-being is super important to me. My active lifestyle led me to the fitness and physiotherapy field because health and well-being mean a lot to me. As your coach, I'll meet you where you are, listen to your wishes, and help you reach the goals we set together. As a physiotherapist, I make sure your training supports your health and is safe. As a coach, I'm empathetic, have a good sense of humor, and I'm super encouraging. I truly put my heart into my work. At the gym, I'll help you find exercises and resistance levels that feel good and fit your goals. Exercise should always bring you joy and support your health and well-being.

For me, exercise and being outdoors help balance my busy student and family life. I used to compete at a national level in Shukokai karate, and my biggest achievements were European Championship bronze medals in both kata and kumite.
