My athletic background is rooted in endurance sports such as running, orienteering, and cross-country skiing, and I’ve since added gym workouts to my training regimen. Now that I’m approaching middle age, I’m also familiar with the challenges of aging—both hormonal and physical—and exercise has given me a lot of strength and stamina to cope with them.
