As a trainer, my top priority is my clients’ health and well-being. I have a bachelor’s degree in naprapathy, so the musculoskeletal system is at the core of my expertise. I help my clients find exercise routines tailored to their individual needs, taking into account their current fitness level and personal goals. I also provide tools for building and implementing a healthy diet in everyday life. In my coaching, I take into account the client’s life situation and overall workload, and health always comes first.
My coaching philosophy does not include crash diets or lists of forbidden foods; instead, I focus on permanent and sustainable lifestyle changes. In our coaching relationship, I hope for and offer openness and commitment so that together we can achieve the best possible outcome.
