My extensive expertise in exercise and health sciences, along with the joy of movement, really shine through in my coaching. It's important to me to make sure everyone gets personalized and effective workouts, no matter their starting level.
For competitive athletes, I offer physical coaching, drawing on my experience in many different sports. I've even coached Finnish champions in various sports over the past few years! My own background in endurance sports, even at the youth national team level, really helps me understand and support my athletes through all the challenges of competitive sports.
My daily life involves a lot of chauffeuring and cheering on, so I've got some super effective workout tips for all sorts of situations – like when you're waiting for your kid's practice to finish, or even when you're traveling!
I also offer remote coaching and help with nutrition plans.
