My extensive expertise in sports and health sciences and my passion for exercise—these are reflected in my coaching. It is important to me to provide personalized and effective workouts for everyone, regardless of their starting level.

I offer strength and conditioning training to competitive athletes, drawing on my experience across a wide range of sports. Among my clients are several Finnish champions from recent years. My own background in endurance sports at the junior national team level helps me understand and support my clients as they face the challenges of competitive athletics.

My daily routine involves a lot of driving and cheering, so I have some effective workout tips for different situations, such as while waiting for my child’s practice to end or while traveling.

I also offer remote coaching and nutrition plans.
