When I was younger, I was an active athlete and even won Finnish championship medals in American football. But then life got busy with work and family, and at my heaviest, I weighed 120 kg. I knew I had to make a big lifestyle change. Now, exercise and a healthy lifestyle are super important to me. I hit the gym, do bodyweight exercises, kettlebell workouts, and go mountain biking. Inspired by my own lifestyle change, I also switched careers, and I really enjoy it when we find a way for clients to exercise and eat that fits their lifestyle. My coaching style is relaxed but I'm also demanding, to make sure you reach your goals. I believe you should work up a sweat when you exercise, but still have fun doing it – no need to frown!
