I was an active athlete in my youth, and I even won some national championship medals playing American football. However, the famous “busy years” and entrepreneurship took their toll, and at my heaviest, the scale read 120 kg. I had to make a major lifestyle change. Today, sports and a healthy lifestyle play a major role in my life. I work out at the gym, do bodyweight exercises, lift kettlebells, and mountain bike. Inspired by this lifestyle change, I also switched careers, and I enjoy helping clients find ways to exercise and eat that fit their lifestyles. As a trainer, I’m laid-back but demanding to ensure that goals are met. I believe that exercise should leave you sweating but not stressed—in other words, it should also be fun.
