Operational area

The functional training area offers a wide variety of exercises: multiple squat stations, pull-up bars, and bodyweight training stations, as well as a wide selection of equipment for strength, bodyweight, and HYROX workouts. Two sleds ensure an effective workout on the 20-meter grass mat. The space is designed as a whole for effective functional training.

SkillBox

SkillBox is a self-guided HIIT workout held in a separate virtual space at the center, featuring a variety of class concepts; each session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. Go ahead and jump in to experience a whole new kind of virtual world where you can develop yourself in many different areas.
