Hi, I’ve been working full-time in the fitness industry for 20 years, providing personal training and leading a wide variety of group exercise classes. During that time, I’ve gained a truly diverse range of training and expertise. My expertise includes shoulder and back issues, exercise during pregnancy and postpartum, core muscle training, functional training, mobility training, strength training, nutrition coaching, and more. My own athletic background, which sparked my interest in this profession, includes the gym, martial arts, and dance, especially Latin dance. By nature, I’m energetic and cheerful, but at first I might come across as a strict coach because I always want to push you outside your comfort zone—no matter what your goals are—because that’s where growth and change happen.
