Hey there! I've been working full-time in the fitness world for 20 years, doing coaching and all sorts of group exercise classes. During that time, I've really broadened my knowledge. I know a lot about things like shoulder and back issues, exercise during and after pregnancy, strengthening core muscles, functional training, mobility, strength coaching, nutrition, and more. My own journey into this profession started with gym training, martial arts, and dance – especially Latin styles. I'm naturally energetic and cheerful, but at first, I might come across as a strict coach.
