My name is Jukka, and I work as a trainer at EasyFit. My training program focuses on goal-oriented exercise based on scientific research and proven coaching methods.
I work with young athletes and those who train with specific goals in mind, but also with those whose goals aren’t yet fully defined. The starting point for my coaching is to identify the key factors for development and tailor the training into a cohesive program that fits seamlessly into the individual’s daily life. The goal may relate to performance, the development of physical attributes, or ensuring that training progresses consistently so that development does not stagnate.
In my coaching, I focus on developing your strength, speed, and endurance—as well as managing your training load and recovery—based on your specific needs. My training program is based on a systematic process in which each exercise plays a clear role in the overall plan.
