Kaisu Brehmer

Hi, I'm Kaisu, a 50-year-old entrepreneur and a busy mom. I'm always juggling lots of things, and some people might even call me a 'jack-of-all-trades'! Gym training has been a huge part of my life for decades – you could even say it's my passion. So, when I finally got the chance to study for a new career, I didn't hesitate! I've qualified as a gym instructor, and by spring 2025, I'll be a Personal Trainer. My studies definitely won't stop there; I'm also planning to get qualifications as a nutrition coach and a mental coach soon.

As a mom of four and an entrepreneur, I totally get how challenging it is to find time for exercise, let alone make it a regular part of your daily routine. And trust me, I also know how tough it can be to start everything 'from scratch' after a long break. I really want to be that person who encourages, motivates, and helps you when you're struggling to find those amazing joys and benefits of getting active!

As a woman in my fifties, I also know how super important strength training is, no matter your age or gender – but especially for us ladies! By hitting the gym, you're making sure your body can handle all the challenges that come with getting older, and you'll prevent lots of issues that weak joints, tendons, and muscles might cause down the road.
