My name is Kaisu; I’m a 50-year-old entrepreneur and mother. I’m always involved in so many things—someone might even call me a jack-of-all-trades! Working out at the gym has been a big part of my life for decades; you could even call it my passion. When I finally got the chance to study for a new career, I jumped at it without hesitation. I’ve graduated as a gym instructor, and in the spring of 2025, I’ll become a Personal Trainer. My studies certainly don’t end here—I also plan to earn certifications as a nutrition coach and a mental coach in the near future.

As a mother of four and an entrepreneur, I understand how challenging it is to find time to exercise, let alone make it part of your daily routine. Believe me, I also know how hard it is to start all over again after even a short break. I’d love to be the person who encourages you, cheers you on, and helps you when you’re struggling to find those famous joys and benefits of exercise!

As a woman in my fifties, I also know how important strength training is, regardless of age or gender—but especially for us women. By working out at the gym, you ensure your body can withstand the challenges that come with age, and you can prevent many ailments that weak joints, tendons, and muscles might cause in the future.
