I'm a personal trainer who's firmly gentle. My coaching brings together clear guidelines, personalized support, and genuine listening. I don't believe in forcing yourself or quick fixes, but in lasting habits that truly fit your daily life, your body, and your current situation. I'll walk alongside you towards your goals – challenging you when it's time to push, and supporting you when you need a gentle hand. The goal isn't just better fitness, but stronger self-confidence and belief in what you do.

I've completed my vocational qualification as an exercise instructor and a Personal Trainer certification, plus a Bachelor's degree in Social Services (UAS). I have experience in both individual coaching and leading group exercise classes.
