Coaching is all about meeting you exactly where you are. We're all different, and that's why every coaching plan is unique. Together, we'll figure out your starting point and find the right way to fit exercise into your daily life. Sometimes we'll step outside your comfort zone, because often in life, doing so helps you discover things about yourself you never even knew existed. You'll be able to conquer your fears, doubts, and challenges.
I won't do your reps for you at the gym, but I can give you the tools to reach your own goals. If you're not quite sure what your goals are, we'll figure out the most important ones together.

My coaching journey started in 2004 with ice hockey. For many years, I coached alongside my shift work. Unfortunately, I realized I was burning the candle at both ends. I thought I was doing okay, but I got a wake-up call from my doctor about ten years ago. I was offered blood pressure medication. I realized I couldn't keep going like that. I refused the medication and told the doctor, "What if we get my lifestyle in order first?" My personal transformation, leading to where I am today, started right there.
Since 2016, I've been coaching people to discover new things about themselves, and I've continuously worked on developing my own skills. I'm always looking for new ways to push myself out of my comfort zone and improve my expertise.
