Coaching is based on meeting people exactly as they are; each of us is different, and for this reason, every coaching program is unique. Together, we’ll explore where to start and find the right way to integrate daily life with physical activity. Sometimes we step outside our comfort zone, because doing so in life often helps us discover things about ourselves we didn’t even know existed. You’ll be able to overcome your fears, doubts, and challenges.
I won’t do your reps for you at the gym, but I can provide the tools so you can achieve your own goals. If you’re not quite sure what your goals are, together we’ll figure out the most important ones to strive for.
Besides bad jokes, I promise to do everything I can to motivate you to move forward. Get in touch and let’s figure out together what path is right for you.
My career as a coach began in 2004 with ice hockey. For many years, I coached alongside my shift work. Unfortunately, I realized that I was burning the candle at both ends. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but the wake-up call came from my doctor about ten years ago. I was offered blood pressure medication. I realized I couldn’t keep going this way. I refused to take the medication and told the doctor, “How about we get my lifestyle in order first?” My own journey toward where I am today began there.
Since 2016, I’ve been coaching people to discover new things about themselves while continuously striving to develop my own expertise. I’m always looking for new directions to push myself out of my comfort zone and grow my skills.
