Hey there! I'm Miki, and I'm an entrepreneur and personal trainer at EasyFit Ideapark. My job is to help people maintain and develop their muscle fitness. Whether you're a complete beginner or you've been hitting the gym for years, I definitely have something to offer you. Consistency is super important when it comes to maintaining and building muscle. Being consistent means fitting exercise into your daily life. Once you've got that consistency down, you also need to remember nutrition and rest. Especially for progress, exercise, nutrition, and rest all play equally big roles. If any of these pieces are missing, don't expect miracles when it comes to making progress. You've probably heard the saying 'eat, train, sleep, repeat'. Those are exactly the four magic words you need for both maintaining and especially developing your muscle fitness.

You don't have to work out only at the gym. To keep exercise interesting year after year, it also needs to be varied and fun. Nature gives us awesome opportunities for things like running, cycling, and skiing. And in a park, you could even do a heart-pumping bodyweight workout. Even though nutrition is basically fuel for us, it absolutely has to be tasty too. Variety here also helps prevent getting bored. Once the exercise and nutrition parts are sorted, it's time to relax and recover. Regular sleep, enjoying life, and relaxing help you keep up with the daily grind.
