Hi, I’m Mira, a gym instructor and personal trainer. I have a background in many different sports, ranging from gym workouts to martial arts. Nature is also a very important source of inspiration for me. I love extremely challenging HIIT workouts, but to balance that out, I enjoy hiking in nature, either on foot or by mountain bike.

As a coach, I’m energetic, cheerful, and spontaneous, but also demanding. Thanks to my positive attitude, I never run out of encouragement—I’ll help you reach your goals right up to the very last rep.

Each of my clients is unique, and I design programs by listening to your wishes and goals. My goal isn’t simply to create diet and gym plans; rather, I want to work with you to find the right combination of activities that will help you feel better and lead a more active life. Not all exercise has to take place indoors, either; in addition to the gym, I’m happy to guide you through outdoor workouts and other forms of exercise that are just right for you. I have four children myself, so I know how to balance daily life with hobbies—and why not even include the whole family in the process?
