Hi, I'm Mira, a gym coach and Personal Trainer. I've got a sports background in many different areas, from gym training to martial arts. Nature is also a really important source of motivation for me. I love super challenging HIIT workouts, but for balance, I enjoy hiking or mountain biking in nature.
As a coach, I'm energetic, cheerful, and spontaneous, but also a bit demanding. Thanks to my positive attitude, I'll never run out of encouragement and will help you reach your goals, pushing you all the way to the very last rep.
Everyone I coach is unique, so I'll create programs that really listen to your wishes and goals. My main aim isn't just to hand you meal plans and gym routines; I want to work with you to find a complete package that's perfect for you, helping you feel better and live a more active life. Plus, not all exercise has to be indoors! I'm happy to guide you through outdoor workouts and other types of movement that suit you, alongside gym training. And since I have four kids, I totally get how to fit hobbies into a busy daily life – maybe even getting the whole family involved!
