Hi, I’m Mohamed – Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach at EasyFit.

I help people feel stronger, fitter, and more confident at the gym by providing them with a clear plan and genuine support. If you feel lost when working out on your own, don’t know what to do next, or feel like you’re stuck and not making progress, I’m here to help you turn that around.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Leisure Management and I am an IFBB-certified Advanced Bodybuilding & Fitness Trainer Specialist. This means your training is based on solid knowledge and real-world experience, not random workouts or guesswork.

I started coaching by helping family and friends, simply because I enjoyed seeing people get stronger and more confident. In 2020, this became my full-time career. Since then, I’ve helped many clients lose fat, build muscle, and gain confidence in their training. I focus mainly on strength training and simple, effective programs that work in real life.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I was a professional rugby player and was named Best Player in the Region in 2018. I’ve also competed in powerlifting and won first place in two competitions. Along the way, I’ve trained in calisthenics, CrossFit, and functional training, which helps me coach people with a variety of goals.

I especially enjoy working with beginners and with people who have tried before but didn’t get the results they wanted. Together, we’ll build confidence, stay consistent, and focus on progress you can actually feel and see.
