Exercise is my passion and has been a big part of my life since I was a child; I have gained a wide range of experience in fitness instruction over the past 7 years. I also teach aerial acrobatics professionally, which has strengthened my expertise in flexibility, body control, and strength.
As a coach, I am encouraging and understand that exercise looks different for everyone. It can be more goal-oriented training or a way to take care of your own well-being, functional ability, and stamina.
