Do you want to start working out with specific goals in mind? Or are you just thinking about starting to exercise—whether at the gym, at home, in a group class, or through your own hobbies—but need some guidance and support to get started?

Do you have any musculoskeletal symptoms or other limitations that need to be taken into account when exercising?

Are you looking for more motivation, variety, and change in your workout routine?

Is your diet on track? Do you need guidance with that or with your workouts?

If you answered YES to any of the questions above, I might be just the right Personal Trainer for you.

With my combined training as a physical therapist, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, I believe I can help you—but it all starts with your own motivation and goals.

As an occupational physical therapist, I have extensive experience in occupational health care and have continued my education throughout my career. I have been involved in a wide variety of physical activities for most of my life. I have been leading group exercise classes for years at private fitness centers and in occupational health care. As a group exercise instructor, I have continuously pursued further training to stay up to date. I have also given many different lectures on exercise, nutrition, and ergonomics. As a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and group exercise instructor, I want to be a lifestyle coach and motivator for people while also utilizing my expertise in physical therapy.

My coaching is always client-centered, and I bring my own expertise and encouragement to help you achieve your goals.
